2015 Earnings: $55 million
Graceland, a 13.8-acre estate in Memphis, Tennessee, and former home to the King of Rock 'n' Roll, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1991 and declared a National Historic Landmark in 2006. With over 650,000 visitors per year, it is one of the most-visited private homes in America. And at $80 per one adult ticket, it is the main reason why Elvis Presley is still, almost 40 years after his death, earning so much dough. It also didn't hurt that his album, Elvis Presley Forever, debuted at no. 11 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart last year.
