With remakes being one avenue Hollywood has looked to as a source for new films, it needs to be said that not all movies are prime candidates to be remade. Of all the thousands of films to have been released since the dawn of cinematic history, there are cases where an updated take on a film just wouldn’t be possible, as times have changed in regards to what is socially acceptable in terms of attitudes and portrayals.
