Harrison Ford

Can you believe Harrison Ford just turned 77? Born July 13, 1942, he was a struggling actor until he landed a starring role as Han Solo in the 1977 movie Star Wars. It was such a huge hit and Harrison was so great in it that he was immediately in demand for movies such as Raiders of the Lost Ark (the first of many movies in which he played Indiana Jones) and Patriot Games, playing Jack Ryan. He received his only Oscar nomination in 1986 for Witness, and was nominated five times for a Golden Globe, before receiving an honorary Golden Globe (Cecil B. DeMille Award) in 2002.
