Morgan Freeman

Morgan Freeman was born June 1, 1937. Now in his eighties, the actor, director, and narrator won a Golden Globe in 1990 for Driving Miss Daisy and an Academy Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2005 for Million Dollar Baby. He first became known for his role on the PBS kids' show The Electric Company—and his voice is recognized all over the world for his work as a narrator, commentator, and voice actor.
