There's not a whole lot of talking in this particular scene in 1989's romantic comedy When Harry Met Sally. Harry (Billy Crystal) is having a frank discussion with his platonic female friend Sally (Meg Ryan) while out for breakfast -- he's confident that every woman he's ever been with has had "a good time." Meaning: had an orgasm. Sally scoffs and proceeds to expertly fake this "good time" in the middle of the diner. She finishes, takes a bite of her eggs and smiles at the stunned Harry. A woman sitting at a table next to theirs says to her waiter... "I'll have what she's having."

Fun fact: That woman who wants a side of climax with her pancakes is the director Rob Reiner's mother, Estelle.
