In 2014, Hollywood's most eccentric couple, Tim Burton and Helena Bonham Carter, called it quits. The pair had been together for 13 years and lived in adjoining houses in London before amicably splitting. They have a son named Billy and a daughter named Nell, and met in 2001 when Tim directed Helena in the remake of Planet of the Apes. Since then, they collaborated on six other projects. In 2015, Helena told Vanity Fair that she could "write a thesis" on the couple's dissolution, but added: "Our relationship was always somewhat special, and I think it'll always remain special."
