Super Mario Bros. (1993)

This one might be a bit of a stretch, but it's worth noting that at the end of this film adaptation of the popular video game franchise, there is a shot of the World Trade Center as two dimensions collide, destroying both twin towers in the process. Perhaps this is just an eerie coincidence to the events of 9/11, but conspiracy theorists insist this film predicted the devastating attack, so it's on the list.
