Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born into a theatre family and even studied acting at Juilliard before going on to Broadway. She was nominated three times: You Can Count on Me in 2001, Kinsey in 2005 and, most recently, The Savages in 2008. In fact, Laura’s performance in You Can Count on Me was widely praised and positively received among critics – but she still hasn’t won an Oscar.
