Cool Runnings (1993)

Cool Runnings follows a few former runners, plus one champion push cart racer and a dishonored coach, on a journey from Jamaica to the Olympic bobsled track in Calgary. The men, who have never seen snow, get their hands on an old sled and overcome embarrassment to compete in the Games. They don't emerge from snowy Canada with a medal, but they return home heroes and fan favorites. The film is loosely based on the debut of the Jamaican national bobsled team during the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics.

What a tragedy Munich was. Palestinians should be ashamed of murdering innocent young athletes for one reason – they’re Jewish. Wasn’t what Hitler did bad enough? They have to keep targetting Jews and not allow them peace in their own country? This conflict makes me sick. Muslims have been causing problems for many years and look at the state of our world as we keep turning a blind eye.
