Pee-wee’s Big Adventure (1985)

In the quirky, bizarre Pee-wee’s Big Adventure, Pee-wee is hitchhiking and catches a ride with a lady truck driver named Large Marge. She describes the worst car wreck she’s ever seen, and in a hilariously terrifying move, transforms her face to provide a better idea of what the wreck’s victim looked like. This scene is a perfect example of how expert filmmaker Tim Burton can manage to take something horrifying and somehow also give it a comedic edge.
