Catwoman: Batman Returns 2

Many fans would agree that Michelle Pfeiffer's portrayal of Catwoman in Batman Returns (1992) is probably one of the most iconic. That's why it should come as no surprise that director Tim Burton and screenwriter Daniel Waters came up with a script for a dark sequel to the film. Unfortunately, the script was shopped around at the same time the more lighthearted Batman Forever opened in 1995, and film execs were keen to keep things less serious.
