Ghostbusters

Before the 2016 reboot and long-awaited third film in the franchise titled Ghostbusters: Afterlife, there were plans for the original cast to star in a third Ghostbusters film together. Dan Aykroyd wrote the script for Ghostbusters III: Hellbent in the 1990s. In it, the Ghostbusters are sent to an alternate version of Manhattan, called Manhellttan. The film was meant to be a way to usher in a new generation of Ghostbusters with Peter, Raymond, Egon and Winston all stepping down from the original team.
