Vigilante thrillseeker Xander Cage is enlisted by the U.S. government for a covert mission to infiltrate a Russian crime ring to avoid going to prison. That may be the basic plot of xXx, but for many, this movie is just an excuse to see Vin Diesel shirtless… not that there's anything wrong with that.
