Voyeur follows investigative journalist Gay Talese, a writer for The New Yorker. He was contacted by Gerald Foos, who exposed himself as a voyeur after he purchased the Manor House Motel in Colorado for the express purpose of watching everything — and we mean everything — his guests did behind closed doors.
