Congressional aide Erica Miller (Kat Graham) flies to an island military base in order to determine whether the good deeds they’re doing for the people of 56 different islands is worth the cost. Captain Andrew Jantz (Alexander Ludwig) is assigned the task of showing her around, but she gets a bad first impression of him.
