City of Joy (Sept. 7)

City of Joy follows the friendship that develops between Congolese doctor and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Dr. Denis Mukwege, playwright/activist Eve Ensler, and charismatic Congolese human rights activist Christine Schuler-Deschryver, who join forces to create a safe haven for women survivors in the middle of violence-torn Eastern Congo, a region often referred to as "the worst place in the world to be a woman."
