Halle Berry – X-Men (2000)

X-Men was among the first movies to start the superhero craze that has become so popular in blockbusters of the past 20 years. But one of its blemishes is Halle Berry's African accent. Halle Berry plays Storm, a mutant superhero able to control the weather. Berry's weak Kenyan/African accent made some of her scenes so cringeworthy that it brings this phrase to mind: "It's so bad, it's funny." Her accent was so terrible that a decision was made to scrap it, leaving the character devoid of an African accent in the next two installments.
