This show basically glamorizes the world of beauty pageants while at the same time exploiting children, showing them off as being “sexy” before they even hit puberty. This TLC production shows us the behind-the-scenes of this pageant world, where spray-tanning six-year-olds and dressing them in Julia Roberts' iconic Pretty Woman hooker getup are accepted practices. We won't even get started with how crazy the stage moms are!
