James Remar in Aliens

The role of Corporal Hicks in Aliens (1986) was originally played by James Remar up until a few days after principal photography had started, when he was replaced with Michael Biehn. You can still see James in the finished film in the scene when the marines enter the alien nest, though his back is turned to the camera. While it's said the reason he left was for creative differences, James states he was fired from the film for being in possession of drugs.
