Sean Young in Dick Tracy

Apparently Dick Tracy (1990) director Warren Beatty fired Sean Young (who was cast as Tess Trueheart) after just a few days of filming. The story goes that Sean accused Warren of firing her because she wouldn't sleep with him. But Deborah Ruf, the mother of child actor Charlie Korsmo, claimed the accusation was false, saying Sean was dropped because she was too demanding. Warren issued a statement on the matter saying, "I made a mistake casting her in the part and I felt very badly about it."
