Actor Pierce Brosnan is pleading with the producers of The Thomas Crown Affair sequel to cast Charlize Theron as his leading lady, instead of Angelina Jolie. The former Bond star is due to begin shooting the new movie next year, but is still waiting to hear who his leading lady will be. Rumors are floating around that Jolie is the top candidate, but not according to Brosnan, who recently told People that he prefers the blonde beauty. “Charlize Theron is someone who I’ve always admired. I think she’s someone who has acquitted herself grandly. Nothing against Angelina Jolie. I think she’s a magnificent actress. But Charlize has a poise about her and has an inner strength and femininity which I really like to watch.”
