Police were called to Britney Spears‘ Beverly Hills home last night shortly after 8 p.m., when she refused to hand over her two sons to her ex-husband’s bodyguard. In addition to the police, multiple fire trucks, two ambulances and a police helicopter arrived on the scene. Three hours later, Spears was taken from the house on a stretcher, believed to be under the influence of an unknown substance. She was taken away in an ambulance, while her one-year-old son, Jayden, was taken in another ambulance to Cedars-Sinai hospital. Her two-year-old son, Preston, was handed over to his father, Kevin Federline. Federline went to the hospital and early this morning was given custody of his younger son as well, who reportedly was not treated for any injuries. Spears, 26, remains hospitalized for observation.
