The Punisher star Thomas Jane was arrested for driving while intoxicated early Monday morning. Jane, who has a five-year-old daughter with wife, Medium star Patricia Arquette, was pulled over after police spotted him speeding in a 2008 Maserati in Kern County, California. According to a spokesman for the California Highway Patrol’s Central Division, Jane was clocked going down Interstate 5 at 120-125 miles per hour. He failed sobriety tests and was charged with driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 percent. He was also driving with a suspended license. Jane, who is due in court on April 9th, most recently starred in The Mist.
