Legally Blonde star Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth were arrested in Atlanta on Friday when Toth, driving a silver Ford Fusion, was pulled over by police and given a sobriety test. According to the officer, Reese stuck her head out of the car, then twice disobeyed orders to stay inside the vehicle. She allegedly told the cops, ”Do you know my name?” The officer replied, ”No, I don’t need to know your name.” She responded, ”You’re about to find out who I am. You are going to be on national news.” She is now facing charges of disorderly conduct, while her husband has been charged with DUI. Reese has released a statement apologizing for her uncharacteristic behavior, explaining, “I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said.” ~Sarah Dos Santos

That suuuuuuucks. But that’s the thing about being a Hollywood star.. You can’t pull that kind of stunt and get away with it. Someone like Seth Rogen can prob get away with an outburst like that lol
