Reese Witherspoon planning Sofia Vergara’s wedding

Reese Witherspoon is helping plan Sofia Vergara‘s wedding.

The Modern Family actress is preparing to tie the knot with actor Joe Manganiello and her Hot Pursuit co-star is one of a group of friends assisting with organizing the lavish nuptials.

Sofia explained: ”Joe and I are both trying to figure out the wedding because our schedules are so crazy. We initially wanted a small wedding but it didn’t work out with how many people we wanted there, so we want it really big now. Reese is helping, as are all my girlfriends.”

Sofia – who has 21-year-old son Manolo from a previous relationship – also admitted she is open to having children with the Magic Mike XXL star.

She told Closer magazine:: ”I’m 43 and have a son, but Joe doesn’t have children and is younger than me so I’ve not ruled out having a family together. I’ll leave it up to God to see what happens.”

Despite her success, Sofia credits her family and friends for helping her stay grounded.

She said: ”I try to make work just one part of my life, not the whole thing. I try to enjoy what I do, make it real and bring my friends and family along to enjoy it – the money, my house, the events. Life goes fast so you can’t take work too seriously. I hope my job and fame haven’t changed me.”
