Robert Pattinson walks out on Ryan Seacrest

Robert Pattinson showed up to be interviewed by Ryan Seacrest for his radio show yesterday, and was charming while answering questions about his fans and how he likes to make them happy by signing autographs. However, the interview ended abruptly after less than two minutes when Ryan asked about Pattinson’s relationship with his New Moon co-star Kristen Stewart. His handler immediately began shaking her head and telling Rob, “Let’s go.” Watch the video to see what happened. If nothing else has proven the fact that they are in a relationship, this clinched it. If they weren’t dating, the publicist wouldn’t have put up a fuss — she would’ve just let him deny it. Kelly Ripa made an awkward joke about helping Ryan Seacrest with his shoes following allegations from a former stylist that he pushed her head into his crotch.

What a tool (Pattinson).
I just dont understand why he wouldnt just deny it or whatever…maybe he enjoys all the…erm…mystery (?!) of whether or not he’s dating K-Stew.
Eh.
How is it any of Ryan Seacrest’s, or anybody else’s business for that matter to know whether they’re dating or not? That’s like me asking YOU probing and personal questions about your personal relationship, and then plastering them all over the media and internet. o.O
Then, I would say that I didn’t want to talk about it and that we need to change the subject, instead of being a B**** and shaking my head, saying “Let’s go.”

If I were Robert, beloved by throngs of young girls…class it up with an eliquent statement like,
“I find Kirsten to be a wonderful, charming and talented young lady and I consider her a dear friend. I enjoy every moment that I am within her presence.”
I think it was handled very poorly, he could have done what Hugh or Nancy suggested, anything but what he did. This looks like there is something to hide, I don’t think they are in a relationship at all, I think they are trying to make it look like they are in a relationship, because of the ‘Edward/Bella’ storyline.
I think the publicist shut things down…in other interviews regardless of whether they are in a relationship or not, Rob always says Kristen is his friend. I think the production company sat the actors down and told them not answer any relationship question and sends in the publicist to make sure that happens. Probably just trying to protect the series. Ryan looked like was arguing with the publicist about the why he couldn’t ask the question. Rob seemed friendly enough, he did shake Ryan’s hand at the end, no hard feelings.
to me, it looks like they perhaps had an earlier agreement that he wouldnt be questioned about his relationship with kristen. if they had a prior agreement that this question wouldnt have been asked then it would explain why that woman seemed so irritated and immediately said “lets go.” robert himself didnt react badly to this at all, he still talked and smiled and said thank you and shook ryans hand. all he did was leave because he was told to.
That is probobly what happened mandee, it make’s sense.
Seriously – WHO FREAKIN CARES??????????????? God, give me a break about who is dating and not dating. For there are far more important issues out in the world to give a crap about. This not being one of them, I promise.
If you watch the publist lady from the very moment they walk in, she holds up two fingers to the producer as if to indicate they’re staying for only a couple of minutes. Sure enough, right before Ryan asks the “relationship with Kristen” question, she’s signalling that they’re cutting things short and leaving. So, to me, I didn’t see any one particular comment/question in contributing to him leaving abruptly. But then, that’s just my impression of the video.

Well, I just watched it and you can see her do the hand across the throat thing before any personal relationship was ever mentioned. And he did say they were wrapping up the press tour, so maybe there was another impending deadline.
SHE looked really stressed to me from the moment she walked in.
I wonder if his handlers, Lord what a word, were a bit bothered because it was supposed to be a radio interview, then they get there and see cameras?
Dunno. Just wondering why she looked so pushed as soon as they got there, and both Ryan and poor Robert were talking a mile a minute.
