Ruffalo family releases statement

Mark RuffaloMark Ruffalo and his family have released a statement after Mark’s brother, Scott, died Monday after his life support machine was switched off. The statement reads: “Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband.” They announced that the funeral will be a private one, and that a fund will be set up in his honor. Shaha Mishaal Adham, a friend of Scott’s who was considered a suspect, has been released. According to her lawyer, Ronald Richards, Scott Ruffalo “was playing with guns” and accidentally shot himself in the head. Richards said Adham found Scott Ruffalo dead at his house and fled the scene. Brian Schofield, who was considered a “person of interest,” was also released after questioning.

That must have been hard to have to decide to shut the life support off. I’ve never had that decision and hopefully never will! I don’t believe that Scott “was playing with guns” and shot himself in the head. It sounds more to me like a love triangle was going on!

yeah, how many grown adult men do you know that “play with guns”??? clearly thats not how it went down. i feel terrible for this family, considering we just lost a family member and it wasnt to anything like that, we are still unsure of the cause, but it wasnt anything violent. R.I.P Scott. my deepest condolences for the family and friends.

Supposedly, this “Shaha” chick, has her lawyer saying that Scott was coked out and playing Russian roulette and that he was always abusing substances and playing this game…??? If that’s the case, then I guess he deserved what he got! IF THAT’S THE CASE…

I doubt Scott was playing with guns. That seems like a poor excuse by this womans lawyer to take the blame away from her. It’s a pity they had to say such things about a man who is dead. And couldn’t Tribute pick a better and more flattering picture of Mark Ruffalo?
