Snow White & the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders will not be returning to direct the sequel of this action packed re-imagining of the Brothers Grimm’s classic fairy tale. Sanders—who is married and has two children with English model/ actress Liberty Ross—made headlines around the world in July when his infidelity with Snow White & the Huntsman’s leading lady Kristen Stewart was exposed. Now that Sanders has bowed out of the up-and-coming project, it appears Stewart will be returning for this highly anticipated sequel, which studio executives put on hold while “exploring all options.” Sources claim Sanders dropped out of the sequel “because he is desperately still trying to save his marriage.” He’s instead signed on to direct Sony’s sci-fi romance The Juliet. ~Brandon Bastaldo
