First Chris Brown steals a fan’s smartphone and now Russell Brand. Photographer Timothy Jackson is accusing the British comedian of “criminal damages” after an incident last night in New Orleans. Jackson says he was with a group of other photographers when he pulled out his iPhone to snap some pictures of Brand, who didn’t quite appreciate the attention. According to Jackson, Brand flipped out, wrestled the phone out of his hand and hurled it through the window of a nearby building. Jackson has since filed a police report and law enforcement officials have told TMZ that they’d like to speak with Brand as soon as possible. There has been no word yet from Brand or his representatives. Update: Brand has paid $240 cash to replace the window.
