Katy Perry is currently on tour in Japan, but when her husband Russell Brand flew there to visit her on Saturday, he was reportedly deported. Katy tweeted: “So…my husband just got deported from Japan. I am so. sad. I brought him all this way to show him my favorite place #tokyodreamscrushed.” She went on to explain that the reason for his deportation “was for priors from over 10 years ago.” However, she continued, “But of COURSE I ♥ my Japanese fans & the show #MUSTGOON no matter the daily aftershocks or husband kidnappings! #it’snotrightbutit’sokay.” For his part, Russell, whose Twitter name is rustyrockets, joked about the incident, writing: “Planning escape from Japanese custody. It’s bloody hard to dig a tunnel with a chopstick” and “Stockholm syndrome kicking in. Just asked my guard out for (vegetarian) sushi. He giggled.” Later in the day, when he was released, he tweeted the following as well as the above pic: “Alcatraz! Shawshank Redemption! And now this! Ah, sweet blue bird of freedom!

Russell Brand is hilarious. Funny something that happened 10yrs ago can come back to bite you.

In all fairness, wasn’t he already warned in the past to never go back?

Crimminal records are for life…he is an idiot if he thinks that just because he is “special” in one place that he is special everywhere…If you can’t do the time…don’t do the crime…
