The children’s movie Hop, featuring the voice of Russell Brand as the Easter Bunny, continued to top the weekend box office, grossing an estimated additional $21.7 million (all figures U.S.), making this the third weekend in a row that a kids’ flick was the top movie. Russell Brand’s new movie Arthur debuted in second place with $12.6 million and 4 out of 5 stars from Tribute users. In third was the new movie, Hanna, about a teenage assassin, grossing $12.3 million and earning 4 stars. The true life drama Soul Surfer, about a teenage surfer who survives a shark attack, debuted in fourth place, earning a high Tribute viewer rating of 4.6 stars and $11.1 million at the box office. Insidious rounded out the top five with an additional $9.7 million and a 4 star rating.
