Ryan Gosling doesn’t want to act his whole life

Ryan Gosling, 30, who got his start on The All New Mickey Mouse Club in 1993, says he doesn’t want to act for the rest of his life. During an interview with UK newspaper The Times, he said he feels burned out. Ryan recently made an appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote Drive and The Ides of March, directed by George Clooney. He admitted, “I’ve been doing this since I was 12… I don’t want to act much longer; I can’t do one thing my whole life. I know there are only so many characters I’ll be able to play. It will be over whenever the inspiration dries up.”

There’s always Wal Mart, then again, you’ll have to act like you give a shit.

if he retires, once the paycheques dry up, he would rethink that statement. Fame and fortune is addictive. Good luck working construction or fast food, or being a painter after. Whatever the next adventure is it will not be like acting and making millions.

^Yes, or, he finds whatever his true passion is and lives happily ever after, having already made more than 90% of us ever will in our lifetimes.

Let’s get real here. He doesn’t need to work at all! He will need to make a few very minor adjustments to his lifestyle. Invest his money he’s made and go from there.

wow at least a few negative comments.

with the amount of money this man has made he can go to school to become anything he wishes to be. i have no doubt he will find a very rewarding, fulfilling career when he chooses to no longer act. everyone deserves some type of a normal life, some people dont only live for money.
