Oscar-nominated actress Salma Hayek married François-Henri Pinault, the CEO of French luxury and retail group PPR, which owns labels such as Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, in the town hall of the St. Germain area of Paris on Valentine’s Day. Pinault is reported to be one of the wealthiest men in the world. Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, first met in Italy in 2006. They had a baby, Valentina Paloma, in September 2007. They broke off their engagement last summer, but reconciled a few months later. Hayek, 42, was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in the 2002 film Frida, which she also produced. She also created and executive produces the hit TV series Ugly Betty.
lucky bastard in every way
He looks SO much older than her, I can’t believe there’s just a few years between them!!
damn lucky kid. and its a girl too!
Nothing lucky about getting her.
Why does it matter how old he looks?
Now he can get fed and never go hungry. He enough milk from those Tweeters to last a while!
Good to hear, always hopeful to see a couple and their young baby attempt to stay together…agree, pinprick, it doesn’t matter (to me)…
It doesnt MATTER how old he looks, I just meant it caught me off guard to know they are so close in age
Better get used to it, Mandy, you say things like that on here, someone will pick it apart.
I’m sorry Mandy. Your comment may seem innocuous, but it came across to me as being a negative comment towards how he looks, or that age is important.
good for Pinault. Become a billionare – done. Marry a hot movie star – done.
