Sarah Jessica Parker confirms 3rd Sex and the City movie

Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed to Parade magazine that there will be a third Sex and the City movie, saying, “I know what the story is. It’s a small story, but I think it should be told. The question is, what’s the right time to tell it?” She also revealed that her son with husband Matthew Broderick, eight-year-old James Wilkie Broderick, wants to begin acting. He would be the third generation of Brodericks to be an actor — Matthew’s late father, James Broderick, was best known for playing the father on the TV drama Family, which starred Meredith Baxter and Kristy McNichol as his daughters. However, Sarah, who was a child actress herself, says, “I don’t want him to do it until after he goes to college: But part of me thinks maybe it’s better if he knows the truth now about how hard it is to be a working actor. I don’t know that he grasps what it took to get us here.”

Isn’t the 3rd SITC supossed to be about how the 4 characters came together….in college?…high school?
This means the current 4 characters would only have cameos….the new 3rd SITC would have a new cast.

Side note, Matthew, make a serendipitious Ferris movie when he’s an adult, or he still has a fast talking get-away-with-anything attitude as an adult and has a kid with the same outlook on life! Let’s get that done. Huge hit right there.
