Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds engaged

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan ReynoldsScarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, who’ve been dating for just over a year, are engaged. Reynolds, 31, who is currently filming The Proposal in Boston with Sandra Bullock, asked Johansson, 23, to marry him over the weekend. A wedding date has not yet been set. Reynolds, who was born and raised in Vancouver, was previously engaged to fellow Canadian Alanis Morissette. Prior to that, he dated Rachael Leigh Cook.  Johansson, who has dated Benicio Del ToroPatrick Wilson and Josh Hartnett, earlier confessed to a preference for older men, preferrably in their thirties. She can soon be seen on the big screen in He’s Just Not That Into You.

    I never said Scarlett was Canadian. I said there is no doubt that he WANTS to marry a Canadian woman………Oh, alright DAMMIT! Ha ha ha, I was wrong!

    I always feel bad for the ‘serial proposers’ in Hollywood. Not sure if they get it but just because you’re married doesn’t make someone STAY. Like anyone I wish them all the best but I’m with the post that states they won’t last the year. Maybe he should just LIVE with someone first – Brangelina Jr.
