Scarlett JohanssonScarlett Johansson has spoken out about how she felt after reading a fake interview with her in Cosmopolitan. The actress had just returned from a promotional tour for her latest movie, The Spirit, when she read the story, which had her discussing her recent marriage to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds. “I read the article, and thought, ‘What the… ?'” she told the Los Angeles Times. “We dug a little deeper, and it got even weirder. The story was written by someone with a pseudonym; they don’t know the real writer. It was bought by this agency that sold the same story to half a dozen tabloids.” The magazine has since issued an apology to Johansson.

good they issued an apology, sad they even thought to print in the first place. Not a surprise though, gotta wonder just how much celebrity gossip we read is “air brushed”…yet the obvious public appetite for said news being what it is, expect continued apologies
