See a movie to help the earth on Earth Day

earthWalt Disney promises to plant a tree for every ticket sold to the new movie, Earth, during its opening week. The movie opens today, Earth Day. Disney’s goal is to plant trees in areas that conservationists have identified as important hot spots of biodiversity, including the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, which is considered the most endangered rain forest in the world. The movie, narrated by James Earl Jones, tells the story of three animal families. A company news release says Earth combines “rare action, unimaginable scale and impossible locations by capturing the most intimate moments of our planet’s wildest and most elusive creatures.” The film is the first in a series of movies by DisneyNature. So why not go and enjoy the movie this week, and help save the planet! ~movi_alex
