Who better to direct a comedy than a comedian himself? Canadian Seth Rogen is set to make his feature film directing debut with a new movie titled The Apocalypse. Along with Evan Goldberg, his co-writer on the 2007 hit Superbad, Rogen will direct the feature (which they also co-wrote) that will also star other comedic actors playing themselves. Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Jonah Hill, Danny McBride, Aziz Ansari and Craig Robinson are all about to face the end of the world while partying at James Franco‘s house. In 2007, the idea came from a fake trailer and unseen nine-minute short film by the comedy writers, which was later picked up by Mandate Pictures. The film’s expected release date is June 14, 2013. ~Renita Naraine
