Shia LaBeouf Shia LaBeouf's uncle has been ordered to repay $800,000 that he borrowed from the actor. The Transformers star won a lawsuit against Barry Saide, when Manhattan Supreme Court Justice judge Eileen Bransten ruled his relative must repay the money Shia loaned him 2009. According to the New York Daily News, the judge wrote in a decision signed Monday but posted Wednesday: ''The terms of the note are clear and the amount due and owing ... is forth in the note.'' The pair had an agreement that stated Barry should repay the loan in 15 installments of $53,333 but he never did and he now has to give as much as nine per cent interest. Saide runs an employment agency and borrowed the money following the recession to help him get back on track.

When the lawsuit was filed last August, Barry expressed surprise about the 27-year-old actor's action,s insisting he wouldn't have borrowed anything if he thought this would happen. In an affidavit, he reportedly said: ''Had I thought that Shayne and Shia would take this extraordinary step and seek to impoverish me, I never would have borrowed a dollar from Shia.'' Barry also insisted he spent money looking after the Hollywood hunk and his mother Shayne before his rise to stardom.
