Shia to go to rehab

Shia LaBeoufActor Shia LaBeouf, 22, is ready to check into rehab to help his chances of beating his recent drunk-driving conviction. The 22-year-old Indiana Jones star suffered serious hand injuries and was charged with driving under the influence after a serious car, in which his truck was flipped, crashed while driving home from a night club in Hollywood.
Investigators have ruled the other driver caused the accident by running a red light, but LaBeouf who was under the influence of alcohol still faces charges when he appears in court later this month. Sources claim that LaBeouf is readying himself for rehab because “judges like to see it.”

Who said anything about “Indian Jones”?

But, I sure would like to know what a ‘serious car’ looks like!! 😀

My car isn’t serious, so I have no hope of ever going to rehab to make Judge happy.

    Shia is the male Britney..
    what an idiot.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, there is no law against being stupid….otherwise his passenger would be charged as well!!!

the funniest thing ever is awhile back he said that he was never going to be in the blab-oids like britney, lilo, paris, et al and wow…look now…he’s everywhere and all negative!

oh, so it comes out finally that he was indeed “under the influence”….

agree with Dave’s comment, how pathetic to imply that’s Shia’s reason to enter rehab. His substance abuse should not be trivialized, be responsible and deal with it like an adult.

It has always been out since the accident happened that Shia was “indeed under the influence”…They just investigated and found that he was not the CAUSE of the accident, that the female driver of the other vehicle was the cause for running a red light but, he was still DUI, that never changed.
