Joey FatoneNBC’s new show, The Singing Bee, is proving to be the biggest summer TV hit, with the highest ratings and the biggest audience among viewers aged 18 to 49 of any new summer series in the past five years. It followed NBC’s hit series America’s Got Talent on Tuesday night, which had the second highest ratings of a regular series this past week. The Singing Bee, hosted by Joey Fatone, features contestants who have to begin singing once a famous song stops playing, to see if they can provide the correct lyrics. NBC has announced that the series will return in September.

Nice to see an intelligent show doing so well in the ratings. The legendary Joey Fatone is the perfect host.
