Britney Spears‘ lawyer, Sorrel Trope, has asked to quit because of a “communication breakdown” between himself and the pop wreck, “making further representation of her interests impossible.” In other words, Spears doesn’t listen to a word he says. She did not show up for her scheduled deposition on January 2nd; the fifth time she’s been a no-show. Trope has worked for Spears in her child custody case against ex-husband Kevin Federline since September, but his firm filed papers on Wednesday to withdraw from her case, according to TMZ.com. Spears has been going through attorneys at lightning speed: her first attorney in the case resigned in September. Spears then hired Freid & Goldsman, but fired them after just a few days before hiring Trope.
