Spider-Man 3 actress Lucy Gordon, 28, who played reporter Jennifer Dugan, was found dead, hanging from the ceiling in her Paris apartment on Wednesday, two days before her 29th birthday. The London Telegraph reports that her boyfriend, who claimed to be asleep in the apartment when she hanged herself, is now under investigation after neighbors told police they heard the couple arguing Tuesday night. The British actress also played Isabelle in The Four Feathers opposite Heath Ledger and Caroline Mitchell opposite John Cusack in Serendipity. She stars as Jane Birkin in Vie Heroique, a biopic of singer-songwriter Serge Gainsbourg currently screening at the Cannes Film Festival. An autopsy will take place to formally establish the cause of death.
