Stalker tries to attack Lindsay Lohan at club

Overzealous fan Daniel Patrick Combs, 38, was arrested early Wednesday morning in Scottsdale, Arizona after trying to grab Lindsay Lohan. Police say Lohan was leaving the Jackrabbit Supper Club and Lounge with Samantha Ronson when a man in the crowd approached her and began shouting. He tried to push past security and made a lunge for Lohan, but was immediately taken down by her bodyguards before he could reach her. Combs was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and released a few hours later. Club owner Dan Wierck told abc15.com, “The gentleman became very excited when he realized he was so close to Samantha and he has a history of being a stalker with Lindsay Lohan so he immediately attacked her and started yelling, ‘I love her, I love her.'”

   Sure, so he has had a history of stalking Lindsay and all they charge him with is ‘disorderly conduct’? What ever happened to Criminal Harrassment? Then to top it all off, they released him a few hours later! WTF is up with that? Criminals should not be released on bail or by any other means, if they are a danger to themselves, someone else or it is believed they will skip town.
