Star Trek’s Next Generation cast at Astronaut show

Star Trek: The Next Generation cast will teleport to the already stellar line-up of celebrity astronauts at the Astronaut Autograph and Memorabilia Show at Florida’s Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex from November 7 to 8, 2009. Joining the roster of more than 25 famous astronauts, including Buzz Aldrin and Jim Lovell, are Starfleet Officers LeVar Burton (Lt. Commander Geordi La Forge), Michael Dorn (Lieutenant Worf) and Marina Sirtis (Deanna Troi). Ticket packages range from $100 to $1,000 and are now available by visiting www.astronautscholarship.org/aams/show.html. Proceeds benefit the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides scholarships to college students who exhibit motivation, imagination and exceptional performance in the science or engineering field of their major.
