Sylvester Stallone accused of death threats and dog abuse

World famous real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, who worked on Sylvester Stallone‘s home in 2009, claims in brand new court documents that the Bullet To The Head actor physically assaulted him on March 25 in court, saying, “I am going to kill you motherf***r.” Hadid has been granted a temporary restraining order against the 66-year-old actor. Earlier court documents state that Stallone often flew into rages in Mohamed’s presence during construction of his home, once grabbing his own dog by the throat and throwing the animal through a door. Hadid recounted other instances of Stallone’s violent temper, saying the actor threatened to smash Hadid in the head with a baseball bat and another time yelled, “Get these dirty Mexicans out of here or I’ll blow your head off.” Stallone is suing Hadid, whose net worth is estimated at $100 million, for $1.4 million, saying he performed “shoddy work” on his house, calling him an “unscrupulous, unlicensed predator.” ~Carlos Laron

While I’m not a huge fan of Stallone by any measure, I find it funny that everyone here is taking the story at face value. Automatically Stallone is the villain. When in reality, all you have is one person’s word against another. Has there been issues like this in Stallone’s past that would point to the fact that this story is true? I cant think of one. To me this looks like one person trying to profit on another. Think for yourselves people. Look a little deeper than just the surface.

3 sides to every story. But I don’t see why a millionare contractor would sue unless he’s hurting fnancially or his character was being attacked by Stallone and vice versa stallone doing the same. Why now and not in 2009 when the work was being done? Why in March did they meet up and now Stallone goes nuts and it was enough to file a suit when it seems things Stallone did in 2009 was worse. Seems fishy = 3 sides.

C-Dub, the contractor isn’t suing Stallone, Stallone is suing him and no wonder, the guy is rich.
Damn some of you people are dense, nothing has been proven, this is likely just some shady contractor(nothing new there) trying to take the focus away from his Shoddy construction, by throwing wild accusations at stallone.
Just to comment on the comments, especially the one above this one: I don’t know how many times I’ve told people to watch out for another person, told them what they did to me or to other people, and still they’re like, “Oh, well they’ve always been nice to me.” 100% of the time, that person eventually does something really awful to them too. And I don’t know what to say at that point, because they’re too stupid for “I told you so.” If someone tells you a certain person is evil, open your eyes. Everyone around Stallone should now watch for his behavior around other people and around animals. It’s possible the guy made this stuff up, but somehow I doubt it.
Um, people, these are just accusations being thrown at Stalone by a contractor he is suing for shoddy work. PLEASE stop reacting as if everything the guy says is proven fact.
Yes, Stalone makes violent movies, but I’ve never heard any other accusations against his character until now. Consider, has anyone ever accused you of something? Does the fact that they accused you make you automatically guilty? Please think before you speak/write.
And if you’re going to take the contractors words at face value, please give Sly the same consideration. That would mean we can assume the contractor is unliscenced, incompetant, hiring illegal aliens under the table and purposely ripping off wealthy celebrities. Wanna start a whole diatribe about that? Probably not.
Oh, and Jeff, if you know that many people doing evil things to you and if you have had that many opportunities to (gossip/slander) waren other people to look out for them . . . I think you have some serious problems yourself! You might want to seek some proffessional help, because that’s not normal!
This is the biggest pile of garbage news ever. Sylvester Stallone raging out and being a prick???!! Ya ok lmao!!! Stallone is probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet or work with in the industry his persona and life changing attidude towards helping people achieve there greatest potential out ways even the pope lol. I’m not saying that the story is 100%, but if you’ve seen Stalone in recent movies and look at how ripped, big he’s gotten it’s obvious he’s taking HGH, steroids, or a testosterone booster. In fact he’s admitted to and endorsed HGH, which would could cause a temperment issue and possible issues with rage. I mean he’s 66 years old, to have that much muscle and maintain it at his age isn’t normal. I’m not surprised he could act like that, as it wouldn’t really be in his control, maybe he used to be a nice guy. (Lol, Stallone taking Testosterone).
Stallone does not waste his time on accusations and blowing up at a contractor in this manner…instead Stallone doesn’t like to see unprofessionalism because Stallone is a true professional actor and expects better work from a so called professional contractor…Stallone already wins! He recognizes a problem and the shaddy contractor knows it…boooooo for crying wolf!
Hey Common Sense, or should I just call you Common, because you don’t have any sense. You are probably a bully yourself. If someone is being bullied, I urge them to speak out. Bullies win when we keep quiet. I have had people come to me and tell me I was right, saying they should have listened to me, after they get burned by evil people (in one case, the person had a criminal record but we only found out after the fact). But Common, you just keep your head in the sand. Opening yourself up to people who are known to be violent and/or are out to harm others in any way they can will get you exactly what you deserve.
You know… if he simply hired HOLMES ON HOMES..lol.. it would really vindicate the right party.
