Ted breaks record at weekend box office

Last weekend’s top movie, the animated family film Brave, dropped two spots to third, earning an additional $34.1 million. Tribute.ca users gave it a high 4.2 star rating. In fourth place was Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Witness Protection, taking in $25.4 million and earning a perfect 5 stars. Rounding out the top five was Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, earning $11.8 million in its fourth weekend out of the gate and 3 stars.
