Teri HatcherA lawsuit filed last year in Los Angeles Superior Court claimed Desperative Housewives actress Teri Hatcher had broken an “exclusive endorsement deal” with Hydroderm by endorsing a lip enhancer developed by City Cosmetics, which was in direct competition with one of Hydroderm’s products. The company demanded a complete refund of the $2.4 million endorsement deal, plus $400,000 in expenses. In February it was decided the suit should be settled in arbitration and not in a court of law. The suit will be heard in early June.

Well I don’t blame them cause she’s getting money to sell their product and goes and uses their competitions stuff. I’d be pissed too.
