In the third official trailer for the Snow White prequel The Huntsman: Winter’s War, we see The Huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) as a child, preparing to become an elite warrior for Freya (Emily Blunt), evil Queen Ravenna’s (Charlize Theron) sister.
Queen Ravenna’s magic mirror tells her that she’s still the fairest of them all, but that her sister’s baby daughter will one day grow to be more beautiful. Possibly knowing what this information will inspire the Queen to do, he warns her that Freya’s power will be unleashed if any harm comes to the baby. Soon enough, we find a distraught Freya, while Ravenna vows to rule the world with dark magic.
The Huntsman tells his pals, including Sara (Jessica Chastain), that they have to destroy the mirror. There are some comedic moments as The Huntsman admits he has a plan, but it’s rubbish. Then he nearly kills himself jumping off a roof. Cue the fighting as everyone battles against the Queen in an effort to destroy her evil ways.
