It’s blockbuster weekend at the box office, with several anticipated movies opening wide today. The wait for The LEGO Movie is finally over! Everyone’s favorite minifigures come to life in this animated adventure about Emmet (Chris Pratt), an ordinary guy who’s on a mission to save the world from the evil Lord Business (Will Ferrell). Elizabeth BanksMorgan Freeman and Will Arnett  join a star-studded cast in this exciting film and lend their voices to the building block characters. Another big release today is George Clooney and Matt Damon‘s The Monuments Men, a drama about a group of men and women who risk their lives to save valuable works of art from Hitler’s Nazi regime. Bill Murray, John Goodman and Cate Blanchett also star in this remarkable war movie.

Vampires take over the big screen once again in the fantasy thriller Vampire Academy. This film tells the story of sassy Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch), a half human/half vampire who’s in training to protect her kind from the evil, bloodthirsty Strigoi.
